Similar to the cut valve stems, since I work in a tire shop, I have a valve stem core remover. My asshole neighbor, I just twisted to the cores a quick half turn on all 4 tires. Viola, nice slow leek in all 4 tires that didnt get noticed till he was on the highway. Twisted Evil

The funny thing is he came to my tire shop to have his flat tires fixed, so I made my shop $40. Razz

I've heard of these things. That said, the valve stem proved nearly impossible to cut. If I had to do it again I'd get some bolt cutters or a valve stem puller. The guy got the message, though. Never did that crap again. It helps when he takes it to a tire shop and they say "Someone cut your valve stem" so they know it was deliberate.

Good: Searching the ICQ database for your mark (VERY unusual name), finding their email address, and using a program to sign it up to over 1000 mailing lists.

Bad: No real way to botch that one. That was just awesome.

Okay, now on the flip side of this one. I work for a big company which does a lot of web sales. I get to be the one who gets to email the customers to let them know their order was canceled because..... (fill in the reason - stock availability, web pricing error, credit card declined, possible fraud, etc)... The end result is my email address ends up on such lists when people get to be real idiots about it. Come on, I personally am not the reason they didn't get what they fancied!! So now I get like 200 plus emails which are thankfully filtered while at least another 20 or so each day manage to sneak past the spam filters. It's a pain when I normally get like 500 emails a day (and why posting is not usually my thing since I do emails all day long!) on order issues, system notices and just plain regular traffic. So, stuff like this should never be aimed at the individuals who honestly don't know you and would never bring you grief intentionally. Folks like me really appreciate it when we do get the occasional, unlooked for thanks, too!!

Enough said... Not a jerk but still suffer because of other jerks...

Thanks!! :>

It was the student rat in my high school (the fact that people were still using ICQ should tell you how long ago that was. . .). He went around ratting people out for fun, getting a powertrip off of it. He thought he was untouchable. Well, he crossed the wrong person.

I launched a campaign to disrupt his life and cause him some stress, just to show him he really wasn't untouchable. It worked. I did a bunch of minor things to him that hit him at home (Playboy delivered to his house, billed to him. I could have ruined his life with Playgirl), at school (including supergluing his combo lock and setting him up to get in trouble with a mean teacher), and online. I did a couple of other things to him, too, that he never attributed to anyone (me and a friend hosed down his backpack and all exposed books with 2 cans of Fart Spray as he walked between classes.

I didn't ruin his life, but that was neither the intent nor the target. The intent was to shatter his belief that he was invincible and that no one could touch him. The message sent was clear: he's not safe anywhere if he pisses off the wrong person, and there's always someone who can do something. I like to think I did him a favor, since other people would simply resort to physical violence, and he got a very good lesson in how the world really works.
