Are we able to start a picture thread? You know, so we all can show off our extreme fugliness Very Happy

Haha no really, I love seeing what everyone really looks like and I would love to post pictures from Iraq that I have taken. I get asked a lot what its like and there is no better way than by looking at pictures!

So, Vex, may we start one or would it take up too much room? Im not really sure how these forums work and all that high speed stuff.

How in the hell could it be an invasion of privacy if the pics were posted by the person in the pic?

As for the pornographic thing, I never saw any pornographic pics at all, someone just got their panties in a wad and decided to complain, thus ruining it for everyone else.

I can't remember the kids name, but he was a fucking dumbass.. He posted a picture of a penthouse letter about a girl having anal beads put in her and then the guy ripping them out of her to fast. People had an uproar on it.. Pretty sure it was in that thread, maybe not.

But there was also a shitload of arguments inside the thread and people misusing other's pictures and what not.. Theres maybe 4-5 members still here from when that thread was around, it and not that many members as we used to have.. It wouldn't be that big of a deal I'd think.

I'm thinking something more along the lines of a MySpace/Facebook thread. That way, if someone on dial-up wants to go see just whatever new stuff is posted, they aren't bogged down by the old pictures as well.

Make sense? I hope so, because I'm half asleep.

Edit/Afterthought:

No hunting down people on MySpace or wtfever. If they don't want to post their thinger, they don't have to~

Meh think I have pictures in some thread from a while back though *shrugs*
Way one of my other forums did it to avoid the lag issues is not allowing you to actually post the images, just the links to them.. and then having the main post just be a list of names with links to the pictures..
That has worked for some time with it

I have mspace, facebook and myyearbook so either works for me, I dont mind people seeing me or my kiddos

I agree with only allowing links to the pictures instead of posting the pics on the boards. There are plenty of photo storage sites out there that are completely free. As for myspace and facebook, I avoid those two sites like the plague.

Links, Myspace, Facebook, however, instead of the photos themselves. However folks want to post, as long as it's "work safe" or "kid safe". Have at it.
